Called before to clarify about minimum tip as described by many reviewers. The person who answered the phone said no minimum tip amount is required and it would be up to our descretion. After massage we were demanded $10 tip per person even though we explained what we were told over the phone was different. Plus their price has gone up by $10 in 3 months. Massage was okay but it was unpleasant and awkward after the massage.

AVOID this place! Massage was alright, little too rough. At the end of our $40 massage, I left my $5 tip on the massage bed as I left the room. Upon attempting to pay and leave the building, the masseuse chased me and demanded I give a $10 tip. I said “no, the tip amount a client chooses to pay is optional. If your price is $40+ 10 then advertise $50 on your wall.” We got into a loud and uncomfortable argument with no apology for their behaviour. After yelling back at us, They then pretended to consider and take to heart what we were saying as they brushed us off and out the door. Never coming here again and I hope others follow suit. Extremely unprofessional and socially unethical behaviour.

They offer great massage for their price tag. It is certainly the best for this price range, because I have tried many massage place in the Vancouver area.Is it the best regardless the price? No, there are many places which are better but you would pay double $$$$$. So if you can afford some expenses places and want the best massage, you might need to look for others.

The massage is great quality and strong. The masseuse is skilled at what they do. Here is the caveat: Due to lower than market price charged by the establishment, you will not be able to claim your benefits due to its cash pricing. The cut of your fee to the masseuse is also lower than other places. Therefore they will expect you to tip more to earn a living wage. You the customer are expected to make up the difference. If they feel you tipped less than expected, they will ask you for more. After reading the reviews and experiencing it myself, it's clearer how their business model works.The place is clean,well kept, and relaxing atmosphere.If I come back here again, I have to follow protocols of calling ahead to make an appointment, pay cash and higher tips, not claim any benefits and be polite by accepting their business model to avoid issues.

Honestly one of best I've had. The level of detail and care was incredible. Not a minute was wasted. All joints muscles and bones were pressed and relaxed. The interior of the room was also pleasant and traditional. I ended up upgrading my hour to 90 mins which I've never done. I usually do half hour but this was too good and my body felt totally rejuvenated after. Thank you Wendy!
